Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only in cases of damage or fitting issues. Customers must raise a return request within 7days of receiving the product, along with clear images/videos of the defect, by contacting our customer support via email or phone.
Once the return request is approved, the customer must courier the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.
All returned products will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our Quality Check (QC) team.
The QC team’s decision is final regarding eligibility for exchange.
If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Returned products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In saleable condition
With original folds, packaging, tags, and invoice intact
Exchanges are processed online only. In-store exchanges are not permitted.
Customers must clearly mention Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the outer packaging of the returned shipment.
If a product is found ineligible for return after inspection, the customer will be notified via their registered email ID or phone number with further instructions.

If you notice any issues such as damage, color variation, length issues, or defects, please initiate the return request within 7days of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video, as it helps us process return requests more efficiently.
