1. Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Desisitara, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for return/exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags & packaging must be intact

Original invoice must be available

Product should not be altered
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product

Wrong product delivered
- For other cases (like, dislike and size issue), only exchange or store credit may be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale/discounted products

Customized/altered items

Dress materials (if cut/used)
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or same product

Subject to stock availability

If price differs, customer must pay or receive the difference
6. Return Process

Go to My Orders / Return Portal

Select product & reason

Submit request

Pickup will be arranged
7. Pickup & Quality Check

Product will be picked up within 2–3 working days

After pickup, product will undergo quality check
If approved → refund/exchange processed
If rejected → product sent back
8. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

Refund will be issued to original payment mode - prepaid

For COD orders → refund via bank transfer any neft
9. Return Charges
Free returns for:

Damaged / wrong product
10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
11. Important Notes

Slight color variation due to screen settings is not considered a defect

Refunds exclude shipping & COD charges (if applicable)
